DevOps Engineer (Remote, Pakistan)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps including automated system configuration, application deployment and maintenance, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Real-world experience managing production systems on large-scale in a public cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, MySQL, VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, cloud object storage.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and gitops experience.
• Troubleshooting production issues at both the platform and customer application levels.
• Knowledge of the government landscape.
• Good communication skills, understanding customer needs, project management, customer success.
• Knowledge of the following is a plus: Terraform, ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, Logging infrastructure, Observability frameworks, security, SOC2 compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end lead on identifying and escalating issues, propose solutions with discussions with the dev team, and deploy solutions.
• Direct customer interaction, spanning initial use case discovery and exploration, product Q&As, technical POC assistance, coordination with customers on milestone deliveries.
