Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to manage employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Manage attendance records and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with business goals and ensure compliance.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.
- Handle day-to-day employee relations, addressing concerns and grievances.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and support employee development.
- Represent the company at job fairs and other external events, promoting our brand and opportunities.
- Assist in HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee training.
- Support performance management activities, including goal setting and performance reviews.
