Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to manage employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Manage attendance records and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with business goals and ensure compliance.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations, addressing concerns and grievances.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and support employee development.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and other external events, promoting our brand and opportunities.
  • Assist in HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee training.
  • Support performance management activities, including goal setting and performance reviews.
