Requirements:

  • Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking.
  • Highly organized & detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple moving parts efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in AI, AGI, or technology-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, or email marketing platforms.
  • Experience working on international marketing or localization projects.
  • Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools & analytics platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing AI-driven marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Sage, Ava-Marketing).
  • Develop marketing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, brochures, product decks, campaign assets).
  • Take on secondary creative roles, including email templates, landing pages, and social content.
  • Draft messaging frameworks, internal docs, and campaign outlines to maintain brand consistency.
  • Work with the Marketing Associate (overseas team) to ensure localized content aligns with brand voice.
  • Conduct market research on AI, AGI, and digital transformation trends across global expansion territories (Gulf States, Pakistan, Europe, Turkey).
  • Track competitor activity and marketing performance trends to refine positioning.
  • Support strategic planning by translating research insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Utilize AI-powered analytics tools to gather insights on audience behavior, trends, and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing to execute AI-powered regional marketing campaigns.
  • Provide direction and feedback to the overseas Marketing Associate on content, outreach, and research.
  • Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and external vendors for creative production and campaign support.
  • Help manage AI-driven email marketing and automation platforms for engagement tracking.
  • Ensure all marketing assets align with branding and tonality as defined by the VP of Marketing.
  • Assist in website updates, blog management, and digital advertising coordination.
  • Oversee basic CRM management, automation tools, and performance reporting.
  • Implement AI-powered SEO & content optimization strategies.
