UI/UX Designer - Mobile App with AI Avatar (Onsite, Lahore, USD Salary)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating mobile app design and, ideally, avatar or conversational agent design.
• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in designing user interfaces for AI-driven avatars, virtual assistants, or interactive digital characters.
• Strong background in mobile-first design, with expertise in creating visually compelling and user-friendly mobile app experiences.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and interactive prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel). Experience with 3D or animated avatar design is a plus.
• Experience working with AI development teams, especially in creating interactive conversational agents or avatars.
• Experience in conducting user research, prototyping, and usability testing with a focus on real-time AI or avatar interactions.
• A background or interest in theological principles or ethical decision-making to align avatar interactions with users spiritual needs.
• Experience in designing and testing avatar-based conversational systems or virtual assistants that engage users through speech, gestures, and emotions.
• Experience in working with AI systems that involve natural language processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, and predictive behavior modeling.
• Experience designing avatars using motion graphics or 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender, Unity) to enhance the realism and expressiveness of the avatar.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of a mobile app that centers around an AI-driven avatar,
  ensuring that interactions with the avatar are seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the AI and development teams to design interactive features for the avatar, ensuring lifelike communication and natural user interactions. Consider facial expressions, body language, and conversational flow in the design process.
• Conduct research and usability studies to understand user expectations around interacting with an avatar in a spiritual context, ensuring the experience aligns with user needs and theological values.
• Design wireframes and prototypes for avatar-based interactions, ensuring smooth conversational flows, ease of access to theological resources, and engaging user interfaces.
• Build and maintain a design system that supports both traditional UI elements and the dynamic features of avatar interaction, ensuring consistency across the app.
• Work closely with AI developers to ensure the avatar's visual design and interaction model align with its cognitive capabilities (e.g., natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and adaptive responses).
• Develop user flows and storytelling elements that enhance the user experience, enabling the avatar to provide personalized faith-based experiences through dialogues, recommendations, and spiritual reflections.
• Perform usability testing focused on avatar interactions, refining the avatars role in user guidance, education, and spiritual companionship.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for mobile platforms (iOS and Android), with a special focus on ensuring smooth and immersive experiences when interacting with the AI avatar.
• Ensure the avatar is accessible and inclusive, catering to diverse spiritual beliefs and respecting cultural and theological differences.
• Design experiences that respect theological nuances and ethical considerations, ensuring interactions with the avatar are both respectful and enlightening.
