Graphic Designer – Print & Prepress (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, with a strong command of design tools and techniques
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for basic editing and image adjustments
• Solid understanding of print production processes and technical requirements, including bleed, trim, resolution, and color modes (CMYK/RGB)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve design and formatting issues accurately
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Good communication and coordination skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate customer-submitted artwork to ensure it meets all print production specifications, including dimensions, bleed, trim, resolution, and color accuracy
• Perform necessary adjustments and minor corrections to artwork files to align them with established production standards and guidelines
• Prepare, generate, and share accurate PDF proofs with customers for approval, ensuring clarity and precision in presentation
• Incorporate customer feedback and implement revisions in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining design integrity
• Ensure all approved artwork is finalized, properly formatted, and released to production within defined timelines
• Collaborate closely with prepress and production teams to ensure seamless workflow, accuracy, and timely execution of print jobs
• Monitor multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring prioritization, consistency, and high-quality output across all projects
• Maintain organized records of artwork versions, approvals, and revisions to support smooth project tracking and execution
