Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in BBIT or BSCS.
- Proven hands-on experience using Upwork and LinkedIn for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong practical knowledge of LinkedIn outreach strategies, prospecting, and follow-ups.
- Solid experience in profile building and optimization to maximize reach and lead conversion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads at the same time.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities using Upwork and LinkedIn, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn outreach.
- Perform daily prospecting, lead generation, and outreach to potential clients through LinkedIn messages and Upwork bidding.
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize company and personal profiles to improve visibility, credibility, and engagement
- Develop customized outreach messages to connect with decision-makers and potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable services and solutions.
- Maintain and update records of leads, conversations, and conversion status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of acquired clients.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business development targets.
