Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in BBIT or BSCS.
  • Proven hands-on experience using Upwork and LinkedIn for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Strong practical knowledge of LinkedIn outreach strategies, prospecting, and follow-ups.
  • Solid experience in profile building and optimization to maximize reach and lead conversion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads at the same time.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities using Upwork and LinkedIn, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn outreach.
  • Perform daily prospecting, lead generation, and outreach to potential clients through LinkedIn messages and Upwork bidding.
  • Build, manage, and continuously optimize company and personal profiles to improve visibility, credibility, and engagement
  • Develop customized outreach messages to connect with decision-makers and potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable services and solutions.
  • Maintain and update records of leads, conversations, and conversion status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of acquired clients.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business development targets.
