Requirements:

  • MBA/MS in Human Resources or a related field. Relevant HR certifications will be a plus.
  • 10–12 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and people management.
  • Prior experience in the retail or luxury industry is a must-have.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for frontline, sales, retail, corporate, and managerial positions.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policies.
  • Practical experience in training, onboarding, employee development, and retention.
  • Experience in workforce planning, headcount management, and manpower planning.
  • Strong understanding of retail workforce management, including multi-location/store operations and frontline employees.
  • Experience working with senior management and department heads on workforce and employee matters.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, employee records, payroll coordination, policies, and compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail, sales, frontline, corporate, and managerial positions.
  • Partner with management and department heads on workforce planning, headcount, and staffing requirements.
  • Manage onboarding, training, employee development, and retention initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage performance management processes, including probation reviews, appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with business requirements and applicable labor laws.
  • Support employee engagement, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and retention.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce insights for senior management.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and management, providing practical and timely solutions to HR matters.
