AI Engineer (Onsite, Evening Shift, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development with exposure to ML/AI and LLM-based applications.
• Solid understanding of Python and fundamental ML/AI concepts.
• Familiarity with OCR tools, NLP techniques, or LLM-based applications.
• Some experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong interest in conversational AI, real-time audio systems, and document automation.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with LiveKit, VAPI, WebRTC, or voice-agent frameworks.
• Exposure to Azure AI services or other OCR and document-processing tools.
• Knowledge of LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks and toolkits.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimize conversational voice agents using LiveKit and VAPI.
• Implement and enhance LLM-based agent behaviors and dialogue flows.
• Develop OCR, document classification, and structured text-extraction pipelines.
• Utilize Azure services for hosting, deployment, and document processing (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Azure AI Document Intelligence).
• Assist in the development, testing, and optimization of machine learning models and AI workflows.
• Write clean, reliable, and well-documented Python code and support backend integrations.
