Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and behavior within the UK market.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, conversions, and ROI.
  • Experience in budget management, bid strategies, and performance scaling techniques.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach to campaign management.
  • Good communication skills for internal coordination and reporting.
  • Prior experience working with clients in the furniture industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Develop and implement targeted campaign strategies specifically tailored for the UK market.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement optimization strategies.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and cost control.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and strategy) to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
