Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in the luxury residential / home-building industry
- Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented
- Strong professional presence suitable for premium environments
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable networking within high-end residential circles
- Existing active relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium residential contractors
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure new business opportunities within the luxury residential segment
- Identify, pursue, and close high-end residential projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium residential contractors
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Coordinate effectively with architects, clients, contractors, and the internal design team to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead negotiations and manage projects from initial discussions through final confirmation
- Clearly communicate the companys value proposition, emphasizing design quality, comfort, reliability, and craftsmanship
- Collaborate with the Founder on key account development and market expansion
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and project progress
