Director of Product (Onsite, EST Time Zone, Lahore, Remittance Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development, system design, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in regulated environments (Healthcare, Compliance, SaaS, etc.) is a plus.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products/platforms.
• Expertise in strategic thinking, product vision, and agile product lifecycle management.
• Technical acumen in APIs, cloud, architecture, and data systems.
• Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder/executive communication skills.
• Experience with AI-driven products, automation tools, or data platforms.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, HIPAA).
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, high-impact products that drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Translate business goals into scalable, technology-driven product solutions.
• Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure robust, scalable, and secure system architecture.
• Drive adoption of modern technologies, including cloud, APIs, AI/automation, and data platforms.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA where applicable).
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Implement and optimize Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient product delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Sales, Compliance) and act as the bridge between technical teams and business units.
• Present product strategy and performance updates to executive leadership.
• Define KPIs and success metrics, leveraging analytics, customer feedback, and usage data for continuous improvement.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering innovation, accountability, and learning.
