Senior Software Consultant - Java (Onsite, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on backend application development.
• Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot & Micronaut), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS, and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in MySQL, Oracle, and ORM technologies such as Hibernate and JPA2.
  Familiarity with Splunk and observability tools like Datadog, Mixpanel, etc.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, security standards, and testing practices.
  Excellent communication skills with a strong consulting mindset.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to overall team growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate both technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, application design, and implementation.
• Serve as a principal developer within project teams, providing expert guidance on both business and technical matters.
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities as needed while fostering team collaboration and cohesion.
• Act as a key point of contact for technical issues across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Proactively collaborate with the team to plan strategies, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions.
• Mentor technical team members, provide support where required, and lead efforts to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to and guide the recruitment of top technical talent for the team.
