Senior Officer Oracle Developer (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Oracle application development and support.
• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Databases, including Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g, 12c, and 19c.
• Strong command of Oracle development tools and utilities, including Oracle Forms Builder and Oracle Reports Builder.
• Proficient in PL/SQL Developer, Oracle APEX, and Jasper Reports for application development and reporting.
• Strong understanding of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Knowledge of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with application support and troubleshooting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance core Insurance, Takaful, and Business Intelligence applications.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to design effective technical solutions.
• Develop and customize applications using Oracle development tools and technologies.
• Create and maintain reports, database objects, and application modules.
• Ensure application reliability, system efficiency, and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely technical support to end users.
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of existing applications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement system improvements and enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed applications and processes.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and performance monitoring of Oracle-based applications.
