Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting strategic sales opportunities.
  • Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and final deal closure.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously optimize a robust sales pipeline aligned with organizational revenue targets.
  • Develop and sustain long-term, trusted partnerships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients by deeply understanding their business needs and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to refine sales strategies and offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics within CRM systems.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, pipeline reviews, and strategic updates to leadership.
