- Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and forecasting tools.
- Experience within technology-driven construction organizations is highly preferred.
- Exceptional presentation, relationship management, and client advisory skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term value creation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting strategic sales opportunities.
- Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and final deal closure.
- Build, maintain, and continuously optimize a robust sales pipeline aligned with organizational revenue targets.
- Develop and sustain long-term, trusted partnerships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients by deeply understanding their business needs and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization to ensure profitable outcomes.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new growth and expansion opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to refine sales strategies and offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics within CRM systems.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports, pipeline reviews, and strategic updates to leadership.
