Upwork Outbound Specialist (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and outbound lead generation.
• Strong experience bidding on engineering and software development projects.
• Proven experience handling multiple tech stacks, including MERN, AI/ML, and custom software development.
• Strong understanding of client requirements and project scoping in web, AI, and software domains.
• Experience writing customized proposals and responding to client queries.
• Ability to identify high-quality leads and convert opportunities into meetings.
• Good understanding of pricing models, project estimation, and engagement models.
• Excellent written communication and client handling skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation is a plus.
• Self-driven with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant engineering and development projects on Upwork.
• Write tailored proposals for MERN, AI/ML, and software development opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and align solutions with business needs.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/technical team.
• Manage Upwork profile performance, response rate, and bidding strategy.
• Track bidding activities, conversions, and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and project scope.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and outbound lead generation (when required).
• Maintain strong client communication and relationship building.
