Requirements:
- 2 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, outbound lead generation, and Upwork bidding.
- Proven experience generating leads and booking meetings through LinkedIn and outbound channels.
- Strong experience bidding on engineering and software development projects on Upwork.
- Good understanding of software development services, including MERN Stack, AI/ML, and custom web applications.
- Ability to understand client requirements and contribute to project scoping and solution positioning.
- Experience writing tailored proposals and responding effectively to client queries.
- Strong understanding of pricing models, project estimation, and engagement models.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up, reporting, and pipeline management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet lead generation and business development targets.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar outreach tools.
- Understanding of international client communication and B2B sales processes.
- Experience working with software houses, IT services, or technology consulting companies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Excellent written communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
Responsibilities:
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Identify and connect with potential clients through outbound lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Generate and schedule meetings for the sales and technical teams.
- Identify and bid on relevant engineering and software development projects on Upwork.
- Write customized and compelling proposals for MERN, AI/ML, web, and custom software development projects.
- Understand client requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare project scope, estimations, and proposals.
- Manage Upwork profile performance, bidding strategy, response rate, and proposal quality.
- Track outreach activities, bidding performance, conversions, and pipeline progress.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the pre-sales process.
