ServiceNow Developer - Support & Development (Hybrid, Lahore, USD Salary)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and production support
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• ITSM module experience (mandatory)
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows and integrations
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve production issues independently
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in global or international teams

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
• Provide L2/L3 production support, including issue analysis, defect fixing, and root cause resolution
• Design and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, and Flow Designer
• Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices related to performance, security, and scalability
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for configurations, integrations, and support activities
