System Engineer (Onsite, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Masters or PhD preferred).
• Strong theoretical background in one or more of the following areas is required: Digital Communications, Signal Processing, or Machine Learning.
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: MATLAB, Python, or C/C++.
• Good understanding of fixed-point arithmetic is required.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with DSP applications for image, speech, or baseband processing is highly desirable.
• Assembly language experience for digital signal processors (DSPs) is desirable.
• Good understanding of CPU architecture and system-level concepts is desirable.
• Strong passion for learning new technologies and expanding technical expertise.
• Takes pride in producing high-quality, well-documented code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with team members across different disciplines, experience levels, and time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize system-level algorithms for communication, signal processing, and machine learning applications.
• Implement and validate algorithms using MATLAB, Python, and C/C++.
• Develop and optimize fixed-point implementations for performance and efficiency.
• Work on DSP-based solutions for image, speech, and baseband processing applications.
• Integrate and evaluate AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure system-level integration.
• Analyze system performance, debug issues, and optimize for accuracy, latency, and resource utilization.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for designs, implementations, and test results.
• Stay updated with advancements in DSP, communications, and machine learning technologies.
