Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in Technical and BPO hiring, including coordination with technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and handling complex HR matters with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including Technical and BPO hiring, workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee core HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and HR administration.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory standards, and internal policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.
  • Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution in a fair, timely, and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Track recruitment and HR metrics, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement across recruitment and HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
