Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Understand job requirements (including technical roles) and coordinate closely with hiring managers.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Assist in HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and productive workplace culture.
