Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of HR experience (preferably in a tech/software environment).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Basic understanding of technical roles and ability to work with hiring managers on tech requirements.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
- Familiarity with HR operations, documentation, and record management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, onsite work environment.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Understand job requirements (including technical roles) and coordinate closely with hiring managers.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Assist in HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and productive workplace culture.
