Senior UI/UX Designer (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design projects.
• Expertise in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI practices.
• Familiarity with usability testing, user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows for effective developer collaboration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum product environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from research and ideation to final handoff.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user pain points and opportunities.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with product goals and brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Optimize existing user experiences by identifying usability issues and proposing improvements.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all digital products.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving overall design processes and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
