About our client:

Our client is a renowned international luxury department store retail looking for an experienced and professional C&B Manager talent to join their team.

Responsibilities:

C&B Management

  • To design and review C&B programs to ensure the overall competitiveness of reward packages in the marketplace.
  • To formulate and review C&B policies and establish administration procedure.
  • To lead and coordinate key HR annual processes such as annual salary review, management bonus review and payment, annual budgeting and other reward related activities.
  • To liaise with external organizations / consultants / service providers for market surveys, benchmarking activities and market intelligence.
  • To provide advice and guidance to HR team members and line managers on the interpretation and application of reward / C&B packages and programs.
  • To design communication materials and information pack to enhance managers’ and employees’ understanding of organization’s C&B philosophies, C&B packages and reward policies and procedures

HR Policies and Processes

  • To formulate HR policies that uphold company’s values/culture, competitiveness and comply with labour ordinance
  • To ensure all policies are well executed, documented, updated, and communicated to users
  • To evaluate HR processes and collaborate with other team members to streamline or revise the processes for work efficiency and effectiveness
  • To develop and execute internal communication plans to ensure HR policies, practices and initiatives are well communicated to managers and employees
  • To support Senior Manager - Total Rewards & Analytics in facilitating change initiatives to reinforce company’s values and culture, drive people and business performance
  • Undertake ad hoc / special projects as when and where required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years working experience in compensation & benefits / HR projects work experience, with exposure under retail industries is a plus
  • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
  • Strong numerical sense, with flexibility for challenges and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge in SAP and IPL system will be a plus
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
