About our client:

Our client is a well-known media company in Hong Kong looking for a Senior/ HR Officer to join their growing Business Partnering team.

It is a newly created headcount to support on their new HR initiatives – such as Talent Management Projects, Employee Benefit revamp and HR Operation review. It would be an excellent opportunity for candidates that looking for more exposure in the HR Project space!!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform HR functions including manpower planning, staffing, and employee relationship
  • Manage full recruitment process and work with the management for job specifications
  • Develop and implement effective and reliable strategies, policies and operating procedures of human resources functions to support corporate goals
  • Research and prepare benchmark on Employee Wellness
  • Assist in Talent Management & Succession Planning
  • Assist HR Leader to advise and provide solutions on HR related issues
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources, preferably gained in sizable companies or diversified organizations with a BP/HR Generalist Skillset
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
