Senior/ Building Services Engineer

About our client:

Our client is a renowned leading construction company in Hong Kong. Due to an ongoing demand for multiple new building projects, they are looking for BS Engineers and Senior BS Engineers at all levels to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for prepare shop drawings, material, method statement submission, progress report, programme & working schedule, planning, monitoring and inspecting E&M systems installation, material procurement;
• Arrange system Testing & Commissioning;
• Meeting with clients & sub-contractor and arrange client inspection.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in BS / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
• 3 years or above relevant experience in construction project, solid experience in Electrical / HVAC / MVAC / Plumbing and Drainage is preferably gained from an E/M Sub-contracting Company;
• Experience in projects governed by recognized environmental assessment standards, like BEAM-plus, LEED will be advantage;
• Able to coordinate, supervise and work independently;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Conversant in BIM application will be advantage;
• Competency in MS Office / MS Project applications / AutoCAD;
• Good interpersonal, project management and site supervision skills;
• Immediate available is preferred.
