Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy, aligned with business goals .
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and succession planning .
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters .
- Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion .
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes .
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and corporate governance .
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a Head of HR or similar senior role, ideally within the education or a related sector .
- Skills: Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and change management. Strong financial acumen and experience managing an HR budget.
- Personal Attributes: Executive presence with the credibility to influence at the C-level. A collaborative, resilient, and data-driven leader with excellent stakeholder management skills .
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Professional HR accreditation (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a significant advantage.

- Salary: A competitive monthly salary of HK$60,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
