• 本家庭正在聘請一位高級家庭管家，主要職責是培訓工人（housekeepers），將她們的服務水準提升至酒店標準。
  We are hiring a senior butler whose main responsibility is to train housekeepers and elevate them to hotel standards.
• 戶主喜愛酒店式的標準化服務。您將運用您的管家專業知識，教導工人理論與實務技巧。
  The principal loves hotel-style standardized service. You will use your professional butler knowledge to teach housekeepers both theoretical and practical skills.

  The core positioning of this role is: you are a manager and trainer, not an entry-level service staff.

主要職責 / Key Responsibilities

• 設計並執行工人的培訓計劃，內容包括清潔標準、服務流程、檢查清單。
  Design and execute training programs for housekeepers, including cleaning standards, service procedures, and checklists.
• 親自示範並監督工人執行酒店等級的房務、餐飲服務、衣物管理。
  Personally demonstrate and supervise housekeepers in executing hotel-level housekeeping, F&B service, and wardrobe management.
• 建立標準作業流程，確保工人運作一致且專業。
  Establish SOPs to ensure consistent and professional household operations.
• 定期考核工人的表現，提供改進建議與在職指導。
  Regularly assess housekeepers' performance and provide feedback and on-the-job coaching.
• 必要時親自協助高標準的清潔或接待工作（作為示範或支援，而非常態工作）。
  Assist personally with high-standard cleaning or reception duties when necessary (as demonstration or support, not as routine work).

任職要求 / Requirements

• 具備豐富的管家經驗，曾服務於高標準家庭或頂級酒店。
  Extensive butler experience, having served in high-standard households or top-tier hotels.
• 曾擔任培訓、督導或管理家事人員／房務團隊的經驗。
  Experience in training, supervising, or managing housekeepers / housekeeping teams.
• 同時具備理論知識（如清潔化學、服務禮儀）與實務操作能力。
  Possess both theoretical knowledge (e.g., cleaning chemistry, service etiquette) and hands-on practical skills.
• 注重細節、有耐心、善於教導與溝通。
  Detail-oriented, patient, good at teaching and communication.
• 能謹守保密原則，展現專業態度。
  Able to maintain discretion and demonstrate professionalism.
• 具備基本英語能力（用於撰寫檢查清單與簡單指令）。
  Basic English ability (for writing checklists and simple instructions).
