Position Overview
This is a unique hybrid role combining Client Success, Creative Project Management, and Production Operations. You will act as the key technical and commercial link between international brand clients and cross-functional teams (design, structural sourcing, and specialized print production facilities) to take premium packaging briefs from initial concept to high-quality factory execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for retail clients and internal stakeholders across the APAC market.
- Interpret complex client briefs and translate their product requests into actionable operational plans.
- Maintain exceptional communication and service levels to build long-term trust with global accounts.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring creative intent is accurately maintained from brief to final product.
- Coordinate seamlessly across internal design, sales, sourcing, and operational teams to keep projects on track.
- Prepare design presentation materials and provide regular project updates to international clients.
- Provide day-to-day coordination support across production facilities and suppliers.
- Align and facilitate smooth workflow communication across different time zones and geographies (APAC, Americas, Europe).
- Troubleshoot production or supply issues quickly to prevent timeline delays.
- Travel Requirement: Frequent international travel to factories and client sites (including mainland China, SE Asia, Canada, Australia, and Europe).
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or above in Business, Design, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, project management, merchandising, account management, or retail operations.
- Industry Context: Experience working with large-scale, design-driven, or lifestyle-led retailers is highly advantageous.
- Languages: Fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Mobility: Genuine willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across international markets.
- Core Attributes: Highly organized, culturally aware, structurally independent, and genuinely passionate about sustainable/responsible business practices.
- Design Literacy (Bonus): Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) or 3D design/printing software.
- Creative Know-how (Bonus): Hands-on experience with prototyping, crafts, sewing, sculpting, or wood-working.
