Senior Solution Consultant / Assistant Solutions Manager

About Our Client

Our client is a leading technology solutions provider in Hong Kong. To support their expanding cybersecurity and enterprise infrastructure business, they are currently looking for a high-caliber Solution Consultant (Application Security & Delivery Solutions) to join their technical presales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the bridge between technical execution and business acquisition, the successful candidate will:

• Drive Solution Selling: Understand and analyze enterprise customer requirements using a consultative, solution-based selling approach to deliver impactful business outcomes.
• Technical Presales Support: Partner closely with the Sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities by providing deep technical expertise, architectural designs, and comprehensive technical proposals.
• Demos & Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead high-impact solution demonstrations and manage the execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) testing to showcase value to clients.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison to facilitate smooth communication between technical teams, sales divisions, principal vendors, and end-customers.
• Presales to Delivery Handover: Align with implementation and project delivery teams, clearly articulating customer requirements and design considerations to ensure a seamless transition into project rollout.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong track record or preference for Technical Presales or Solutions Consulting experience.
• Technical Competency: Proven experience in solution configuration, proposal writing, bidding/tendering assistance, and competitive analysis.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid knowledge or hands-on exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Application Security & Delivery solutions (e.g., WAF, ADC, API Security) will be a distinct advantage.
• Soft Skills: Self-motivated and analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
• Language Skills: Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills. Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must; proficiency in Putonghua is highly preferred.
