About the Job:
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of restructuring and insolvency engagements. You will be involved in high-profile projects including corporate restructuring, liquidation, bankruptcy, receivership, and forensic accounting, working with clients across various industries and jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of engagements, including corporate restructuring, reorganizations, and insolvency proceedings.
  • Investigate the financial affairs of companies and individuals.
  • Handle claims and inquiries from creditors, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor engagement progress, ensuring strict compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
  • Draft and prepare reports and documents for the Court, the Official Receiver, and other regulatory bodies.

The Successful Applicant:

  • For Associate Level: Recent university graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, or Business-related subjects. Candidates with other degrees will also be considered.
  • For Senior Associate Level: At least 2+ years of relevant experience in restructuring, insolvency, or related fields.
  • A team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Highly adaptable, able to work independently and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Currently studying for or willing to obtain a professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
