About our client:

Our client is a renowned telecommunication service provider in Hong Kong looking for an experienced and professional Chief Engineer talent to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers for fiber network planning and design.
  • Test and evaluate network equipment.
  • Analyze customer and engineering project requirements.
  • Consult with users, administrators, and engineers to identify business and technical requirements for proposed system modifications or technology purchases.
  • Implement system renovation projects in collaboration with technical staff, engineering consultants, installers, and vendors.
  • Manage contractors for implementation work.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, such as network traffic, security, and capacity.
  • Liaise with local government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal parties.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Electronic or Communication Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Experience in network infrastructures and supervisory work is preferred.
  • Familiar with CATV/ CABD/ SMATV network.
  • Good communication and trouble shooting skills.
  • Proficient in PC application.
  • Shift duty may be required.
  • Good leadership and project management skills, team players.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
