Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive, CRM, Global Retention, Loyalty to join their expanding team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize global client retention and loyalty programs across the lifecycle, focusing on active user growth, churn prevention, and win-back strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end omni-channel campaign delivery by coordinating with CRM operations, creative, and content teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention, lifetime value (LTV), and campaign ROI, generating data-driven insights for management review.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking and market analysis to refine retention toolkits.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure global toolkits are successfully localized and implemented.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of solid experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty program management. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Marketing Executive title.
  • Exposure to FinTech, financial services, or online trading platforms is highly preferred.
  • Solid technical knowledge of marketing automation tools and MarTech platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into commercial strategies.
  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
