About our client:

Our client is a renowned telecommunication service provider in Hong Kong looking for an experienced and professional Business Enhancement Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with different business units across the organization to map and assess the current processes and ways of working, and to identify the enhancement opportunities through employing process improvement methodologies in line with best practice, regulatory and legal standards
  • Identify industry trends and variations through the application of innovative thinking
  • Establish the better value and greater efficiency strategy through the elimination of unnecessary complexity of the current working processes and through the identification of better ways of working
  • Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders across the organisation to build trust and maintain buy-in
  • Collaborate with system developers to ensure the business and technical feasibility and suitability
  • Facilitate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategy, and be accountable for the process control, monitoring and optimisation
  • Engage all related parties and team members through training and coaching, and to complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery
  • Actively contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across the organisation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping; accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
  • Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead process improvement sessions with a range of business stakeholders
  • Experience of designing and implementing a framework of continuous improvement in a sizable organisation
  • Experience of designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues, and track record of following through to ensure closure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of leaders and colleagues
  • Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
