此职位需要负责管理香港约20名员工,并监督人力资源和行政职能。工作地点位于中环。理想的候选人应具有至少5-6年相关的经验,并且必须是香港居民。

职责:

  • 制定并执行有效的招聘策略,以吸引并招聘符合各个职位要求的合格候选人。
  • 进行面试、评估应聘者,并提出招聘推荐意见。
  • 策划和协调员工入职和新员工培训计划。
  • 开展培训项目,提升员工技能和知识水平。
  • 管理员工关系,确保良好的工作环境。
  • 处理员工投诉和纪律处分事宜,确保遵守公司政策和法规。
  • 管理员工福利和薪酬流程。
  • 监督办公室行政管理,包括设施管理、采购和供应商管理。
  • 维护准确的员工记录和人力资源数据库。
  • 持续了解劳动法律法规和最佳实践,确保合规性。

要求:

  • 本科学位,人力资源管理或相关领域。
  • 至少5年人力资源管理经验,金融行业经验者优先考虑。
  • 熟悉香港劳动法律法规。
  • 深刻理解员工关系、绩效管理以及培训与发展。
  • 出色的沟通和人际交往能力。
  • 积极主动、注重细节,能够处理多个任务和截止日期。
  • 熟练使用中英文(普通话和/或粤语)。

About our client:
Our client, a prestigious Chinese Asset Management Firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join their team.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the HR and administrative functions for an employee population of around 20 staff in Hong Kong. The position is based in Central.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct job interviews, evaluate applicants, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Plan and coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Oversee office administration, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
