Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including sales admin, product admin, warehouse, logistics and customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management, sales forecasting, and budget planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop procedures to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Review business performance and prepare analytical reports.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user requirements.
  • Support ERP UAT testing.
  • Contribute to regular business reviews and participate in ad-hoc projects.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university is a must.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience, preferably with knowledge in the IT product business.
  • Experience in working with global IT product suppliers is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Proficiency in MS applications, particularly Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc.), and Chinese word processing.
  • Experience in ERP systems and project management is advantageous.
