About our client:

Our client is a leading telecommunication company looking for an experienced and professional Chief Network Operation Engineer (NOC) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• To manage and oversee implementation of CATV/CMS construction, metropolitan Fiber cable
• Lead the network team to provide network operation and network development
• Evaluate new technologies, plan and implement solutions to cope with the business requirements
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems
• To ensure the engineering section have the capabilities to meet company development needs

Requirements:

• Degree in electronics or telecommunication engineering
• At least 15 years solid experience with 5 years managerial

• Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
