About our client:

Our client is one of the leading global lifestyle retail brands looking for a Senior/ HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) to join their growing Business Partnering team.

Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process;
  • Work closely with senior management and hiring manager to identify their manpower needs in order to review, design and implement recruitment strategies;
  • Ensure a structured annual approach to external talent acquisition event management;
  • Ensure the development of an operations ‘talent community’ and effective talent attraction plans and activities;
  • Deploy the right tools, technology and channels, balancing commercial drivers, candidate experience and quality assurance;
  • Utilize labor market trend and insights to inform talent attraction strategy;
  • Drive an efficient operation, hitting time-to-fill and candidate quality targets;
  • Review and leverage the employer branding by introducing creative initiatives, review recruitment procedures & policy and ensure an amazing hiring journey for candidates;
  • Ensure employer branding strategies are in place for all employee groups globally, aligned with our Employee Value Proposition;
  • Responsible for identifying and developing creative initiatives to strengthen staff engagement Lead and coach a team of talent acquisition specialists;
  • Assist in office administrative tasks and participate in any ad-hoc projects as assignment;

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant work experience, preferable from digital & e-com background, regional exposures is desired
  • Solid experiences in Recruitment and Talent Management
  • Experience in regional/overseas recruitment activities is an advantage
  • Be familiar with the multicultural working environment Self-starter, be attentive, supportive and responsible
  • Possess of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks
  • Be able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
