About our client:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Admin Officer to support our marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives and administrative tasks. The Marketing Admin Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of marketing activities and maintaining efficient communication within the team and with external stakeholders. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing and distributing documents, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Marketing Collateral: Assist in the creation and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely execution of marketing projects. Facilitate communication, gather feedback, and provide updates on project status.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring and tracking marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and reporting any discrepancies or variances to the marketing manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Higher diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a marketing or communications environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices.
