They are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Services Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide support to the sales team by answering customer queries and providing product information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Good communication skills in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Need to work on weekend
