What you'll be doing:

- Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies to raise brand awareness. This includes content creation, managing communication channels, and preparing promotional materials.

- Foster member loyalty through effective social media engagement, loyalty programs, viral marketing, media and KOL management.

- Utilize Google Analytics and Salesforce to analyze user behavior, provide insights, and optimize campaign performance.

- Devise customer acquisition strategies and generate high-quality leads through channels like SEO, Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing, and collaborations with external partners.

- Identify and cultivate potential business opportunities by establishing strategic partnerships and engaging stakeholders locally and internationally.

- Fulfill any other duties assigned as necessary.

Who they are looking for:

- Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience. Additional experience will be considered for managerial positions.

- Proven experience in supervising junior staff and successfully managing projects independently.

- Proficiency in website content management, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), website development processes, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Trends, Google Analytics).

- Demonstrated ability to initiate and execute digital marketing campaigns, as well as corporate and community events, to effectively engage target audiences and achieve ambitious business objectives.
