Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels and cooperative relationships with relevant government departments, creating a favorable business operating environment.
  • Develop a constructive and efficient government relations network based on the company's business and plans, establishing robust communication mechanisms with the government.
  • Prepare government application materials, follow up on project execution and acceptance, and assist in communication, coordination, and reception with relevant government departments.
  • Stay updated on government policies, directives, and regulations, analyzing their impact on the company's development. 
  • Make appropriate arrangements and responses, including drafting external documents and materials.
  • Represent the company in public affairs activities, enhancing the company's visibility and brand image at the government level, leveraging internal resources and policy advantages.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.




Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience. 
  • Candidates with experience in independently managing projects for mainland companies in Hong Kong will be given preference. 
  • A background in public relations management or international politics is advantageous.
  • Native-level proficiency in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong writing skills, particularly in drafting official documents. Prior experience in government affairs within the internet industry is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of Hong Kong government policies and familiarity with the functions and workflows of key government departments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, a strong team player, and exceptional ability to engage in social activities.
