Our client is seeking a talented and motivated F&B Innovation & Strategy Director to join the dynamic team to drive the new initiative to improve the market competitiveness

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the development of innovative food and beverage concepts, products, and menu items.
  2. Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging consumer preferences, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for new F&B concepts, products, and menu items.
  4. Develop and execute product development plans, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
  5. Analyze and evaluate the feasibility and profitability of new concepts, products, and menu items.
  6. Conduct sensory evaluations and gather feedback to refine and improve product offerings.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative F&B concepts, products, or menu items.
  • Strong knowledge of current food and beverage trends, consumer preferences, and industry dynamics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate unique ideas.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for food and beverage, with a deep understanding of flavor profiles, culinary techniques, and ingredient functionality.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
