Club Director (Education Center)-55k

Our client is a learning center with facilities in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea that offers a top-notch English learning system.

They are seeking an education specialist to make sure that their instructional strategies and programs are applied with excellence and to deliver quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• You will be the in-house education specialist that will make sure that all courses and activities follow our unique pedagogy and methodology
• Ensure the customers are effectively supported in their use of our product
  
• Manage a combination of creative and administrative tasks to provide the desired customer experience.
  
• Support other business functions of the company day to day operations
  

Requirement:

• Minimum 7 years of experience of center management in a high-end HK kindergarten or learning center, preferably 5+ years in a managerial role.
  
• Bachelors Degree or above from university or any related discipline, master degree in Education or Management is preferred
  
• Strong customer focus to meet or exceed customer expectations
  

• Strong people-management experience across cultures

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent in English, competent in Cantonese and Mandarin
