Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve profit and revenue targets.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order placement, credit/payment processing, and delivery coordination.
- Establish quarterly sales targets and drive efforts to meet them.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or account management, focused on IT retail channels.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in IT.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven by results.
- Able to work independently and thrive under pressure.
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
