As the Head of Corporate Sales, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and maximize revenue. You will lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure individual and team success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements or new offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies, optimize customer experiences, and drive customer loyalty.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience and a strong track record of success in corporate sales
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth, meeting targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
