About our client:

Our client is a family business in Hong Kong. 

They are looking for a organized and responsibly individual to assist a senior executive.  (60% Personal / 40% Business)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizing, scheduling, answer incoming calls and general enquiries
  • Perform translation in English & Chinese
  • Draft various correspondences in English and Chinese
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings and business reports
  • Sort and review incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences
  • Coordinating and liaising with different internal departments and/or external business corporations.

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years experience as a secretary or personal assistant. 
  • Bachelor degree in any related discipline 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, and well organized
