About our client: Our client is a well-established and world leading alcohol company with a global presence. They are looking a Global Leadership & Capability Business Partner to join their Global HR team in UK/ Singapore.

  • In partnership with the Development Group, work with the ODCs to identify the local capability and development needs through engaging with key stakeholder
  • Support the ODC HR teams in the L&D planning process
  • Collaborate with internal Centres of Excellence and Group Functions to develop and tailor world class global functional excellence programmes
  • Lead the development of any ODC specific learning requirements, identify commonalities across the ODCs to leverage scale.
  • Co-ordinate the roll-out and sequencing of all capability programmes (group and market-led)

Requirements:

  • A commercially focused L&D professional with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing leading edge learning solutions
  • Educated to degree level, with CIPD membership
  • Coaching skills/qualifications
  • Project Management skills
  • Change Management skills and experience in leading large transformation programmes in a global organisation
  • Strong facilitation and training skills
  • A self-reliant individual who has the interpersonal skills to interact at all levels of the business
