About our client:

Our client is a retail company looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager/ Senior HR Officer (Generalist) to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employment contract renewal, staff relations as well as payroll
  • Provide one-stop account servicing to designated departments and act as focal point of contact for employees concerned
  • Assist in planning and organizing staff relations activities such as Christmas Party
  • Ensure HR compliance in accordance to legislative requirements
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred from sizable company
  • High attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge in employment ordinance and regulations
  • Good command of written in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Regional experience is a plus
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
