About our client:

Our client is a leading telecommunication company looking for an experienced Senior Account/ Customer Service Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide premium account service to assigned “Corporate accounts” to maintain good relationship and to generate new business opportunities
  • Act as the focal point for all customer services and business requests, work closely with technical teams and other internal and external partners to contribute business growth for the company
  • Capture profitable and long-term business from assigned clients to achieve sales targets
  • Providing effective account management and after-sales services to customers
  • Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal and handle customers' enquiries
  • Take full ownership of strategic accounts, develop long term relationship with key decision makers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Business Studies/Computer Science or related disciplines or above
  • Experience in corporate sales of IT & Telecom preferred
  • Technical Knowledge in Virtualization, Cloud Computing, Web Hosting and Managed Hosting is highly desirable
  • Great initiative, patient and self-motivated with commitment to achieve sales target
  • Tactful and with excellent business sense and analytical skill
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, fast space environment and with minimum supervision
  • Good command of written in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
