About our client:

Our client is a global communications company looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing finance team.

Job Description

• Ensure and manage the global tax compliance work, including reviewing tax returns, dealing with queries from the tax authorities/tax agents in different jurisdictions
• Provide international corporate tax advice to senior stakeholders and business partners
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
• Implement transfer pricing policies and maintain proper transfer pricing documentations

Requirement

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related disciplines
• Professional qualification in ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent is a must
• Minimum 8 years' tax working experience
• Hands-on commercial experience in providing tax advice
• Experienced in advising on cross border transactions and international taxation
• Strong knowledge of international tax law and practice
• Proven ability to handle ad-hoc and unstructured projects

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
