General Manager (Supermarket – 1.5mil)

About our client:

Our client is a fast-growing supermarket chain looking for an experienced General Manager to join their business team.

It is an exciting role to look after both e-commerce and retail business with their further expansion in Hong Kong.

Job Description

• Lead in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Explore new business opportunities on signing new merchant to join the in-mall advertising
• Build good relationship with internal and external customers to facilitate smooth operations Collaboratively work with the sales teams to develop lead generation strategies and market plans
• Provide value-adding recommendations & review the business strategies and branding positioning in the market
• Drive new marketing program to grow portal registration and usage to achieve KPI

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, and related field
• Minimum with 8 years working experience in retail industry
• Good command of written in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
• Exposure in supermarket and e-commerce will be an advantage
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving and presentation skills
• Self-initiated to learn, well-organized with strong business sense
• Well analytical, presentation and communication skills
