About our client:

Our client is a well-established and world leading medical service company with a global presence. They are looking a Senior HR Manager to join their HR team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and staff engagement
  • Handle end to end recruitment process, on/off boarding, performance review
  • Manage payroll processing, commission scheme review for retail staff, budgeting, annual salary review, salary benchmarking, benefit review
  • Drive HR strategies for manpower planning, training programs and policy alignments with other offices
  • Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures in accordance to corporate objectives and compliance standard

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8+ years of HR generalist experience with 2 years of management experience, preferably experience in the medical service industry
  • Independent, proactive and positive attitude
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good collaboration and communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
